Hi  Brett Bowser,

 

We need to have welcome message dynamic for Mobile Apps. Can you please help me out how to make the “zch_pre_chat_welcome_message” as dyanmic one?. if we create trigger will it affect the web live chat welcome?

Hey Nikki,
 
If you edit the trigger so that it only fires on tickets that don't contain a certain tag. Then add that tag to your open ticket and that should prevent the trigger from firing. 
 
Let me know if that's not what you're looking for!
