Just to clarify — the post says “WAS the Global Migration Partner for Zendesk” because we were officially Zendesk’s Global Migration Partner from 2015 until 2019. There’s no specific badge for that in the Zendesk Marketplace, which is probably why you didn’t see it there.

The data migration isn't so easy, but with the Help Desk MIgration service, it is enhanced.
