Files are not available for attachment on Android in Messaging Web Widget in ionic app.

Hello, we have web (angular ) and mobile ( ionic + angular ) apps.
We are integrating Messaging Web Widget API ( https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget-messaging/web/core/ ) in both apps.
Everything works fine on the web platform, but in the mobile app on Android, files are not available for selection ( greyed out, looks like the user has no permissions ). At the same time on IOS, everything works fine, opening the web version from Chrome on the same Android also works fine.
Even old Web Widget Classic - https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/introduction/ on the same Android works fine and files are available for attachment.
We have tried different Android devices on different Android versions.
Is there any solution, or do we need changes from the zendesk dev team?

      I saw that, and I don't force you to fix it. But maybe is there some "notable" difference between Web Widget Classic and Messaging, that your devs can check?

      Hi Serhii! We do not support any wrappers, such as Ionic and therefore we can not properly troubleshoot this. Please see this article for more information.
