Add-on licensing model issues

I would love to utilise the Advanced AI add-on that Zendesk has released. However, it would only benefit 20-30% of our agents. There needs to be a way for businesses to purchase licenses/seats for add-ons without having to purchase them for every agent. With over 300 agents in our instance and only a small proportion of them who would benefit from the add-on it would be utterly prohibitive to purchase the AI add-on for our instance. The fact that you also cannot add the feature to a sandbox without cost and test it before purchasing is also a problem. Do other businesses have this issue?

Hi Caroline Scott  - Thank you for your feedback. We do hear this issue from time to time and we are working on updates to our pricing model to better serve this use case. In the mean time, this is best addressed through discounting. I've contacted your account manager and they should be reaching out to you to support.

This feedback is shared quite often on other AI posts, and Zendesk frequently advises admins to post here. I just created my own post for optional AI billing, and then found this in the comment section.
It seems this is a frequent request, but it's not visible in the admin center for voting. It would be nice if Zendesk would assist in the admin center by referring customers to similar requests.
