I want to export transcripts of conversations for AI agent tickets in my account. What options do I have?
Answer
Zendesk does not natively support export or download of conversation transcripts for AI agent tickets. However, you have several ways to view and export these conversations or related ticket data:
- If you use AI agents - Essential or the legacy AI agent functionality, you can view AI agent conversation transcripts for conversations between an AI agent and end users.
- Create a custom view in Zendesk Support and use the condition Ticket > Support type | Is | AI agent to filter these tickets. Then print the tickets in the view to get more information for each conversation.
- To export or print multiple tickets at once, use a third-party app such as the Print Ticket History app. This app supports batch export of tickets in printable or PDF formats.
- Use the Ticket Audits API to retrieve detailed ticket information, which includes the full conversation history.
