Summary: ◀▼
You can create, edit, and delete service categories to organize your service catalog, making it easier for users to find and request services. Categories can be nested up to five levels and a service can belong to multiple categories. Deleting a category removes its subcategories and uncategorizes its services. You can create up to 100 categories to manage your service offerings effectively.
The service catalog is a user-defined ticket channel. If service catalog has been turned on, Support admins can create a list of services and assets that users can then request through the help center. Categories provide a way to organize your services, making it easier for admins to manage and users to navigate when submitting service requests.
