Summary: ◀▼
Live call transcription gives you a real-time text transcript during voice calls, with speaker labels, timestamps, and auto-scrolling updates. You can review what’s been said, search for keywords or phrases, switch transcription language during the call, and check details without interrupting the customer. It also supports multilingual transcription for common languages.
If your admin has turned on live call transcription, you have access to a real-time text version of a voice call while the conversation is in progress. The transcript shows speaker labels (Agent or Customer), timestamps from the start of the call, and automatically scrolls to show the most recent conversation.
