Hi, is this safe to use with personal health information? is this HIPAA compliant and covered under the Zendesk BAA?

Hiedi Kysther What is the timeline on your roadmap for when Advanced AI will be HIPAA Compliant and available for the Healthcare model customers? Is it Quarter 4, Quarter 1 2024, or is the roadmap like 2025? Need to know to make certain business decisions.

Great news! Zendesk's Advanced AI add-on is now available for use under the Zendesk BAA by HIPAA-enabled accounts. Please note that the Generative AI functionality, part of our partnership with OpenAI, is not yet included in the HIPAA-enabled offering.

This means that Subscribers with BAA executed with Zendesk can now trial or purchase the Advanced AI add-on to increase operational efficiencies, improve agent productivity, and use customer/patient insights to deliver a more personalized experience.

It seems like the obvious next move is to offer a KB-embedded LLM chat tool. Is this on the roadmap and when can we expect it?

Hi Erin O'Callaghan - Do we have any plan of adding Intents to Sandbox? This is one of the main challenge we currently have.

Intents are only available in Live Production but not in Sandbox. We basically want to test everything first in Sandbox then replicate it to Live instance once ready. Unfortunately, no intents are available in Sandbox.

Hi Jahn, it should be possible for intents to be available in sandbox environments too. I've opened a ticket for you so our team can investigate this!

I also would love to have all the AI features and EAP features for AI also in my sandbox. I want to test bot personas and generative replies from the bot in our sandbox environment before I implement it to our customers. Same with AI Agents. All of this should be able to be tested in our sandbox environment so it does not affect agent flow or the customers. Thanks!

What about multi language support? How do we create a bot that supports multiple languages?

I had a question about fine-tuning the AI search summary feature so that responses pass legal and editorial requirements. Is the thumbs up/down in a response the only way to fine-tune? 

 

Another question relates to the previous questions. Can I turn this on in our sandbox environment for testing purposes?
