This functionality is part of AI agents.
If you have created a created a conversation bot, you can view and edit your bot settings as needed. Bot settings include the bot name, avatar, languages, and persona, as well as brand and channels.
You must be an admin to view and edit bot settings.
To view and update bot settings
- In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
- Click Manage conversation bots.
- Click the name of the bot you want to update.
In the Settings tab, bot settings are organized in sections.
- Update options in the following sections of the Settings tab, as needed:
- The basics: Update the name that appears at the top of the widget and add or update a custom bot avatar.
- Languages: Set the default language and enable the bot to automatically translate answers to the user's language.

Persona: Choose a bot persona to determine the style of
expression applied to AI-generated messages.

Channels: Edit the channels where the bot is published.
You can also set the brand for the bot, if you support multiple brands, and enable
restricted articles in the bot.
Settings are automatically saved as you make changes in each section.
