If you've created an AI agent for messaging, you can
view and edit its settings as needed. AI agent settings include the AI
agent's name, avatar, languages, and persona, as well as brand and
channels.You must be an admin to view and edit AI agent settings.

To view and update AI agent settings
- In Admin Center, click
Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
- Click Manage AI agents for messaging.
- Click the name of the AI agent you want to update.

Click the Settings tab.
- Update options in the following sections of the Settings tab, as needed:
- Identity: Update the name that appears at the top of the widget and add or update a custom AI agent avatar.

Persona: Choose an AI agent persona to
determine the style of expression applied to
AI-generated messages.

- Language: Set the default language and enable the AI agent to automatically translate answers to the user's language.
- Brand and channels: Set the brand for the AI agent if you support multiple brands, enable restricted article content (available only if you drafted or created an AI agent before February 3, 2025), and edit the channels where the AI agent is published.
Settings are automatically saved as you make changes in each section.

About Show title and preview for restricted articles
This doesn't work for a non-logged-id user.
Or it takes avery long time to work after activated
Because after 30 minutes activating this, the bot still never find/show an article restricted to logged in users
