Zendesk is excited to announce that AI Agent Copilot and Intelligent Triage are now available in version management, making it easier to keep more of your AI-related settings aligned across environments.

This announcement includes the following topics:

What is changing?

With this release, you can now:

  • Inspect, save, compare, and deploy the following configurations:
    • Agent Copilot: auto assist settings, procedures, communication guidelines, suggestions, and writing tool settings
    • Intelligent Triage: settings, topics (previously known as intents), and entities
  • Keep the Agent Copilot and Intelligent Triage configurations aligned across sandbox and production environments.
  • Test and configure Agent Copilot and Intelligent Triage in a sandbox first, and then deploy the configurations to production.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

This release is part of Zendesk's ongoing expansion of version management coverage to bring more important Admin Center configurations into your change management and release processes. Version management allows you to adopt, test, and deploy new features and configuration updates with more confidence, better visibility, and more reliability.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. This is being rolled out to all accounts with access to sandboxes and Agent Copilot or Intelligent Triage.
