I have requested CSV file but haven't received the download link via email yet. What do I need to do to get the file?
Answer
If you haven't received the data export zip file containing the data report(s) via email, you can download the file by going to Admin icon () > Manage > Reports, clicking the Export tab and then latest. If your account does not currently have the Reports feature enabled under the Manage section of the admin panel, please contact Zendesk customer support to enable this feature.

This option is not available for me.
Hi Bryan,
CSV file export is only available for those on the Professional and Enterprise plans; are you on one of those plan levels?
