How can I enable exports?
Answer
To protect the data in your Zendesk exports are not automatically enabled. To have this feature enabled, the account owner must contact Zendesk Customer Support to activate it.

Note: The ability to export data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file is limited to admins and agents with export permissions in their custom role. You can also restrict the export function to admins with a specific email domain.
