Help Center comes with a standard theme, designed for best practices and responsiveness, called Copenhagen (see Using the standard Copenhagen theme in Help Center). When you use the standard Copenhagen theme for your Help Center, it is supported by Zendesk and automatically updated when new features are released.
To determine whether your Help Center is using a standard theme or a custom theme
- In Guide, click the Customize design icon () in the sidebar.
The Help Center switches to Preview mode, and opens a panel on the left of your screen.
- Click Switch Theme.
- Review the list of themes and look for a green check that indicates the theme currently applied to your Help center.
If the theme with the checkmark is in the standard themes section, then your Help Center is using a standard theme. If the checkmark is beside a theme in the custom themes section, then your Help Center is using a custom theme.
