    how do you remove a channel in the list that you never added?  Chicken and the egg scenario.  How do you get it off the list?

    Hi David!

    I'm not sure I understand your question...if the FB channel was added to your Zendesk, you should be able to remove it using these instructions.

    Can you give me more detail about what's going on?

    Could you tell what happens to existing tickets in Zendesk once the channel is deleted?

    Hi Pamela!

    Those tickets will still remain in your Zendesk, but any responses from within the ticket will not appear to the end-user, and responses from the end-user won't make it into the ticket, since that channel connection no longer exists.
