I want to recreate my Insights reports in Explore. Can Zendesk help move the reports to Explore? We have many dashboards and reports that we currently use that need to be built in Explore. Is this a service Zendesk offers?
Custom Insights reports will not automatically transfer to Explore. Migrating from Insights will involve manually recreating the reports you want in Explore. Keep in mind that all versions of Explore include pre-built dashboards that may already cover your reporting needs.
