An admin can start a trial of Reach on the account by activating the prospecting, enrichment, or sequences tools. If you have any difficulty activating the trial, contact your account representative or Zendesk Customer Support.

After your Reach trial expires, you will not be charged for Reach unless an admin adds the feature to your subscription.
