    What is an ideal Satisfaction survey take rate that I should target?

    Hi Vijayendra! We target 30% for our survey rate. We based that on the equivalent success rate for email opens in marketing surveys.

    Thank You Chris, Just to confirm -  you mean that if we have 30% of our customers responding to our satisfaction surveys, that is considered good enough as a benchmark.
