    It would really be awesome to have the multibrand email templates.

    Doing multibrand emails the trigger way is not user-friendly, and is not intuitive at all.

    You can have true multibrand email templates now. Here is the article on how to do it step by step (no loading triggers with HTML):

    Thank you for the link! This is indeed better than doing the multi branded emails via. triggers and automations.

    However, I would still like to have a template available to each brand, making it simpler to edit, instead of having a long email template for let's say 10 brands.

    I agree with you, in fact, all of the Zendesk admin management should be revised in light of Multibrand. The email template is just one of many areas that are now made much more complex to manage because the UI/UX for multi brand is 'bolted on' and not integral to the process (Views, Forms, Triggers, etc. etc.). 

    Until Zendesk restructures the admin interface, at least this gives us the capability to have branded emails.

    As a company, we operate with multiple brands and each brand has its own support phone number.

    We would like to be able to show those numbers in footers for each brand separately? 

    How that can be achieved?
