    Will activating this feature also work if end-users send e-mail with credit card number via their regular e-mail account? Or does it only work if they use a contact form?

    Hi Gurunn,

    The PCI-compliant field is only available on the ticket form — this feature would not protect sensitive information sent over email. 

    If you need to remove sensitive information from a ticket, you can use the Ticket Redaction app to do so.
