    HI.  Im an existing customer, but when i click my product tray and then Chat, I receive the message Zendesk Chat is not enabled for me.

    Please can you advise?

    Hello, ResilienceDirect Support Desk,

    I would recommend reaching out to our Advocacy team by opening chat support. They should be able to look into your account and ensure you have chat support as part of your package.
