    Hi,

     

    Is it possible to make the widget appear online all the time, i.e. even if no one is actually online/take the chat?. We're looking into setting this up for our website and just have an automated message sent to customers initiating a chat.

    There is no "idle timeout" tab in my chat dashboard settings > personal area. How do I change the idle timeout in the absence of that tab?
