    But one thing that i need to ask does zendesk have moderators to monitor the content, or it is just going on.

    Great question! We do have a team of moderators who keep an eye out for the community and flag content that doesn't belong in the community, along with the Zendesk staff. It's is a total team effort to keep the community in tip-top shape and keep unwanted shenanigans out.
