Zendesk Sell offers a number of plans depending on your requirements.
Current Zendesk Sell plans
- Sell Team, a simple sales online and mobile solution for up to three users and basic reporting features
- Sell Professional, a richly featured solution with no user limit, bulk emailing, email templates, sales goals, API, and integrations
- Sell Enterprise, a strategic solution including customized notifications, role-based permissions, and advanced call features
- Sell Elite, a premium support solution with extended API and integrations, lead and deal scoring, and extensive reporting capabilities
About the Sell Legacy plan
Customers who signed up to Sell Team, Sell Professional, Sell Enterprise, or Sell Elite before January 7, 2020, and have not migrated their accounts, are on the Sell Legacy plan.
Sell Legacy customers remain on the Legacy plan, unless they move to another Sell plan.
Sell Legacy includes all existing Sell functionality prior to the Zendesk migration on January 7, 2020 but users have a different login, profile, and password reset experience to standard Zendesk Sell plans (see How do I know if my account has been migrated?).
Viewing your plan type
Only account owners can view their plan subscription information. If you do not have permission to view the plan subscription, ask your account owner for the plan name.
