    is there no way for a customer to be automatically removed from a sequence or campaign when they reply?
    or can they only be removed manually?

    Hi Colin,

    Thanks for the question, I'm happy to clarify.

    Actually, it does work in that way, so whenever a customer replies to any of the emails from a sequence, it automatically removes that customer from the sequence and prevents from sending any further emails from the sequence to them.
