    I downloaded the app and tested tickets with messaging. I cannot read the ticket contents. How do we enable this?

    Hello Christina!

    I hope all is well with you! This is a known limitation but we are currently working on adding support for Messaging (including social messaging channels) in the support app. Users that have signed up for the EAP may get an early view of this capability. More details on the EAP can be found here.

    Kindly keep an eye on future updates available for the support app as well.
