Legal, financial, and security documents that are commonly used by Zendesk customers are available in Admin Center. By making these documents available in Admin Center, customers have quick access to documents and agreements they need to manage their Zendesk account. This topic describes how to access these documents.
Legal and financial documents are available to account owners only. Security documents are available to account owners and administrators.

Viewing Zendesk legal and financial documents
Commonly-used legal and financial documents for Zendesk customers are available to in Admin Center. This includes an Assignment Agreement to transfer account ownership, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance, a Certificate of Insurance that describes Zendesk's standard insurance coverage, and other documents. Only account owners can view these documents.
To view legal and financial documents
- In Admin Center, click the Account icon () in the sidebar, then select Forms and agreements > Forms and agreements.
- Click the Legal tab to view legal agreements and documents.
- Click the Financial tab to view financial documents.
Viewing Zendesk security documents
Commonly-used security documents for Zendesk customers are available in Admin Center. This includes audit certificates for International Organization for Standardization (ISO) assessments, audit certificates for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, and other documents. Account owners and administrators can view these documents.
To view security documents
- In Admin Center, click the Account icon () in the sidebar, then select Security > Security documents.
