How do I access the reports in the default dashboard to find out how they are calculated so I can recreate or customize them?
Answer
Zendesk default dashboards are read-only and cannot be edited. To duplicate, recreate, or edit those reports, you can use the cloning feature. To learn more, see this article: Cloning Explore dashboards.

The link to "Can I edit the queries in a default dashboard?" appears to not work, maybe the article was removed, I'm not sure. The URL looks invalid.
