You can access your help center themes on the Themes page. From there you easily copy a theme, rename a theme, or delete a theme.

Copying a help center theme

You can copy any of your existing help center themes. If you need to update your live theme, it's a good idea to copy it first so that you can edit the copy and not the live theme.

To copy an existing help center theme

1. In Knowledge admin, click Customize design () in the sidebar.

   The Themes page opens.

2. On the theme you want to copy, click the options menu (), then select Copy.

   

   The new theme appears on the Themes page.

Renaming a help center theme

You can rename any of your existing help center themes, including the live theme.

To rename an existing help center theme

1. In Knowledge admin, click Customize design () in the sidebar.

   The Themes page opens.

2. Hover your mouse over the theme you want to rename.
3. Click the options menu (), then select Rename.

   

   The name on the theme becomes editable.

4. Enter a new name for the theme.
5. Press Enter to save your changes.

Deleting a help center theme

You can delete a theme if needed. You cannot delete your live theme. If you need to delete your live theme, you must first set another theme as live.

To delete an existing help center theme

1. In Knowledge admin, click Customize design () in the sidebar.

   The Themes page opens.

2. Hover your mouse over the theme you want to delete.
3. Click the options menu (), then select Delete.

   

4. Confirm that you want to delete the theme.

   The theme is removed from the Themes page.
