In the Zendesk Explore dashboards, the line that shows the period of time you are Currently viewing shows dates in the American time format of MM/DD/YYYY. How can I change the date format displayed in the time filters to match the format used in my country?
Answer
The date format of the time filters in Explore depends on the language selected in the user profile.
For instance, if in your user profile in Zendesk Support, the Language field is English (United States), the date format is MM/DD/YYYY. To change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY, select English (United Kingdom) or another language that uses this format.

Hi Rebecca,
You can head over to Chart configuration → X axis and then set the Truncation of characters to 3.
The month labels in the chart should then look like this:
