    How would the time filter based on "Ticket requestor updated" show me the recent satisfaction ratings?

    We are trying to replicate a stock dashboard report in Insights that my manager used to see recent satisfaction ratings. I can't figure out how to show only recently provided feedback. Will this filter do that?

    Hi @..., if you use the 'Ticket requester updated' attribute your query could include tickets with updates other than the satisfaction rating (e.g. customer has posted a comment since rating the ticket).

    You might be able to achieve what you want using the 'Ticket Updates' dataset by filtering on 'Changes - Field Name' with the value 'satisfaction_score'.
