If you move an article that has multiple translations to a new section. are all of the associated translations also moved?
Hi Kim,
Yes, your translations will be moved along with the article. Hope that helps!
Hi
How to move many articles into a new section at once?
I see it was not possible to do this 2 years ago, I guess that you have changed this since.
Hi Chris,
As of the moment, there is no option to bulk move articles to a specific section in Guide. I've taken a look and found that other users are discussing similar needs here: Additional Bulk Article - "Publish in section"
You can up-vote that original post and add your detailed use-case to the conversation. Threads with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.
Have a Question
we have two Zendesk accounts for two different countries, one of them has a stack of articles.
want to copy them to the other account, is that possible?
Hey @...! I would recommend checking out this article for a list of options: How can I copy my content from one help center to another?
Hey Zendesk Team,
I have a question. I wanted to add sub-sections in a section but I could not see if there as an option to do so. Also, if there isn't any option then why do I see 0 sections and 5 articles in a section?
Hi Haanie,
You can refer to Adding subsections to create more levels in your help center.
Hope this helps!
How do I adjust the columns in which my Sections are displayed in the Category?
For some reason, my public FAQs aren't displaying consistently. THey show in two columns, but "skip" one section randomly making my page look silly:

Are you using a customized theme or have edits been made to the css file?
Best,

The fact that articles cannot be bulk-moved is terrible. The more I see with Zendesk, the less compelled I am to continue using the platform.
If I have something linking to my article and I move the article to a new section, will the link stay the same or become broken? The same goes for when moving an entire section within which the articles have multiple links to one another. Will the url stay the same?
The links should remain the same since both the article and section ID assigned will not be changing when you move them around.
Hope this clears up any confusion!
If I move articles from one section to another, will it notify subscribers of the section that I am moving them to that the new articles are available? If it does, is there a way to prevent this?
We are looking to merge all of our release notes article for various products into one section. However, as we move the hundreds of articles, we do not want to notify everyone about each article individually getting moved.
