Enabling the pre-chat form on the Chat widget

Hello Spyros,
 
The "Require department" option will only appear in the pre-chat form if you have department/s that are enabled for Chat. In the Chat dashboard under Settings > Departments, there's a column named Enabled for Chat. You must have at least 1 department that is enabled for Chat for the option to appear in the pre-chat form:
