Setting up the Zendesk Support for HubSpot integration

I did a test on my end and it seems that the integration is now creating a Webhook instead of a Target.

I have the issue upon I want to integrate one Zendesk account tickets to 2 separate HubSpot account.  Upon we connect the second HubSpot account the contacts only flow to the latest connect App. Can someone help on this?

How to integrate one Zendesk account to multiple HubSpot account?

We would like to connect it with our 2 HubSpot account?

Is this App only allow 1:1 connection? Is it support for 1:2 integration?

To answer your question, there is only a 1:1 connection between Hubspot and Zendesk using our integration currently. I recommend adding your feedback to the app page, so our developers know that this feature is desired: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/88625/hubspot/

Question about this, how will Hubspot handel the ticket and contact if the contact is not in Hubspot?

We do not want hubspot to create new contacts if the contact is not in our hobspot.

Hi Charlie,

If a ticket comes in from Zendesk for a contact that isn't already in HubSpot, you have control over how HubSpot handles it. By default, HubSpot won't automatically create new contacts for tickets from Zendesk if the contact doesn't already exist in HubSpot. However, you can configure this behavior within HubSpot settings.
 
Typically, you can specify how you want HubSpot to handle contacts from external sources like Zendesk. This configuration might include options like:
 
  1. Do not create new contacts: This option ensures that HubSpot doesn't create a new contact if the email associated with the Zendesk ticket doesn't match any existing contacts in HubSpot.
     
  2. Create new contact if not found: This option instructs HubSpot to create a new contact if it doesn't find a match for the email associated with the Zendesk ticket in the existing contacts database.
     
You can review and adjust these settings in your HubSpot account to ensure it aligns with your preferences and workflows.
