Derek Nuzum this is remarkable!  Can confirm this workaround is working for us.
Thank you for sharing

I can't sort by usage after using the filter. Seems like a bug to me.

Zendesk Customer Care

Hi Jahn,

Thank you for reaching out!

I’ve reviewed our article again and can confirm that the bulk action feature is currently available to all Zendesk accounts. However, it only pertains to activating and deactivating macros at this time. Unfortunately, there is no option to update macros in bulk (i.e changing its conditions), which could indeed enhance our feature set.

While I don’t have specific information on when this feature might be implemented, I recommend keeping an eye on our product announcements for any updates regarding feature availability. I apologize for not having more details to share, but please feel free to provide your feedback to our team at any time.

Why did we get rid of the feature that allows you to enter the selected macro to go before or after another macro? When you have hundreds of macros and need to reorder them for agent efficiency and/or sort them in a manner for top-down decision making on which macro nest/flow, holding one macro and having to scroll past hundreds of other macros to get it sorted in the right way is VERY time consuming.

I see the “workaround” for reordering macros that you offered in a September 2024 comment.

Like Zachary, I'd like to know when Zendesk will make the Edit Order function usable for those of us with hundreds of macros.  Please make that a priority so we don't have to rely on workarounds.
