Can I send customer satisfaction surveys in different languages?
The customer satisfaction survey is fully internationalized and the survey section translates to match the language in the requester's user profile. If the end-users language is not one of your supported languages, the default variant is used. To check the default language of your account, see this article: Configuring Zendesk Support for your locale and language.
You can customize the content of the email message beyond the rating section, for example,
Good, I'm satisfied or
Bad, I'm unsatisfied using dynamic content. For more information, see the article: Providing multiple language support with dynamic content. Create the translations of the email text for the survey in each language want to support and then use the dynamic content placeholder in the body of the Request customer satisfaction rating (system automation).
This sends satisfaction ratings emails based on the user's language set in their user profile.
To customize the content of the satisfaction survey
- Create dynamic content for each language. Then, copy the generated placeholder.
- Replace the email message body content with the dynamic content placeholder.
