I cant find any info on using the mobile Chat app together with Messaging in the new Agent Workspace, I have a 2 hour commute each day, and have been able to serve chats from my phone which is great, but I cant see how to end a chat from the app or turn it into a ticket immediately, ( if the chat requester keeps it open ) it then takes forever for the conversation to appear.

I also just read that light agents can answer chats in the mobile app, how does this work if you are using messaging? ( would be AWESOME)
