Serving chats from mobile devices
Agents can provide chat support on iOS and Android devices with Zendesk Chat mobile apps.

- Compatible with devices running iOS 7 and higher
- Android app (Google Play)
- Compatible with devices running Android 2.3 and higher
Displaying the chat widget to mobile visitors
Visitors can access your chat widget when browsing your site on a mobile device. For details, see Customizing the chat widget for mobile devices.
You can embed mobile chat support in your app using the mobile chat SDK. See our iOS SDK and Android SDK documentation for more information.
I cant find any info on using the mobile Chat app together with Messaging in the new Agent Workspace, I have a 2 hour commute each day, and have been able to serve chats from my phone which is great, but I cant see how to end a chat from the app or turn it into a ticket immediately, ( if the chat requester keeps it open ) it then takes forever for the conversation to appear.
I also just read that light agents can answer chats in the mobile app, how does this work if you are using messaging? ( would be AWESOME)
