How do I open a CSV file that I exported from Zendesk Sell in OpenOffice?

After creating a CSV from Sell, by exporting a Smart List or exporting your data, the system sends you a link to your email account to download the CSV file with the requested data.

To open the file in OpenOffice

1. Open the exported CSV file in OpenOffice.
2. A window will ask you to specify how the file was created and what separates the data into columns. Select Tab and Comma as separators.
3. Click OK.
