How do I open a CSV file that I exported from Zendesk Sell in OpenOffice?
Answer
After creating a CSV from Sell, by exporting a Smart List or exporting your data, the system sends you a link to your email account to download the CSV file with the requested data.
To open the file in OpenOffice
- Open the exported CSV file in OpenOffice.
- A window will ask you to specify how the file was created and what separates the data into columns. Select Tab and Comma as separators.
- Click OK.
