I'm unable to see buttons like Save and +Lead in Zendesk Sell. My Sell screen looks cramped and text is illegible. How can I fix this?
Answer
The most common cause of this problem is when a browser has been changed from the default zoom. If your browser is zoomed in too far, setting the zoom to the default 100% will restore missing elements in Sell to view.
- On Windows, zoom out by hitting the Control (Ctrl) and Minus (-) keys at the same time.
- On Mac, zoom out by hitting the Command (Cmd) and Minus (-) keys at the same time.
