We are excited to announce that Zoom Phone for Zendesk, a new app by Zoom, is available starting today.
Zoom Phone for Zendesk replaces the existing Zoom Phone by Faye app, which is no longer available on the Zendesk Marketplace. Zoom Phone for Zendesk by Zoom offers more seamless integration with Zendesk Support, improved capabilities, and more frequent updates.
If you have the Zoom Phone by Faye app installed, you can continue using it until May 5, 2024. After that date, the app will no longer function. We recommend installing the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app now and uninstalling Zoom Phone by Faye.

What is changing?
A new app, Zoom Phone for Zendesk, is now available to install today on Zendesk Marketplace.
Zoom Phone for Zendesk replaces the Zoom Phone by Faye app. Customers using Zoom Phone by Faye should uninstall it at their earliest convenience and install Zoom Phone for Zendesk. The Zoom Phone by Faye app is no longer available on Zendesk Marketplace for new installs and will stop functioning after May 5, 2024.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Our partnership with Zoom allows customers to incorporate its video and audio tools with Zendesk using apps so all Zendesk Support users can build stronger relationships with their own customers. Zoom’s new Zoom Phone for Zendesk app is tightly integrated with Zoom for a seamless and improved experience.

If you're interested in integrating Zoom Phone with Zendesk, learn more about the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app on Zendesk Marketplace.
Customers using Zoom Phone by Faye should uninstall it at their earliest convenience and install Zoom Phone for Zendesk.
