Zendesk is discontinuing our integration with PrestaShop via the PrestaShop app on May 31, 2024.
What is changing?
The PrestaShop App will be managed by its current developer, 202 ecommerce, on a subscription basis after May 31, 2024 – you will have until September 1, 2024 to subscribe within the app. After which, synchronization between the PrestaShop app and Zendesk will stop for unsubscribed customers.
For those who currently have the PrestaShop app installed, we recommend exploring 202 ecommerce's offering and the other alternative options to choose one that best suits your needs.
Why is Zendesk discontinuing this integration?
After careful analysis, Zendesk has decided to discontinue the PrestaShop app. The main factors driving this decision are the app's low adoption and usage rates since its inception, which fall short of Zendesk's established standards.

Will my data be impacted?
Rest assured, all historical ticket data will remain intact in your Zendesk account, and your customers' order history will also be preserved safely within PrestaShop.
What do I need to do?
If you have the current PrestaShop app, you can continue to use it. You will be prompted to update the app and subscribe within the app by September 1, 2024. If you decide to move forward with one of the other two alternatives, please refer to the instructions in this article on how to manage and uninstall the current PrestaShop app.
