Zendesk is discontinuing our integration with PrestaShop via the PrestaShop app on May 31, 2024.

What is changing?
The PrestaShop app is no longer available for new installations. The app will be discontinued on May 31, 2024. For those who currently have the PrestaShop app installed, we recommend uninstalling it prior to this date by following these instructions.
Why is Zendesk discontinuing this integration?
After careful analysis, Zendesk has decided to discontinue the PrestaShop app. The main factors driving this decision are the app's low adoption and usage rates since its inception, which fall short of Zendesk's established standards.
Are any alternatives available?
Will my data be impacted?
Rest assured, all historical ticket data will remain intact in your Zendesk account, and your customers' order history will also be preserved safely within PrestaShop.
What are Zendesk's plans for the app after May 31, 2024?
Zendesk is in discussions with 202 ecommerce, the current developer of the app, to explore options for its continuation after May 31, 2024. We will share more details as soon as they are available.
What do I need to do?
If you have the PrestaShop app, we advise proceeding with its uninstallation at your earliest convenience, as it will no longer function effective May 31, 2024. Zendesk will also notify you by email if our records indicate you have this app installed. Please refer to these instructions on how to manage and uninstall your installed apps.
