    regarding "Providing tailored product recommendations":

    which application is providing the recommendations? is it Zendesk or is Zendesk bot getting the list of recommendations from a 3rd-party application via API?

    Hi Matthieu, it's the latter, where you can configure the bot to make an API call to callback data from a 3rd-party system

    Great update. I wish there was a way to differentiate between a failed API call and an empty array though. That would be really helpful.

    I found some issues using the carrousel:

    - If it is the last flow step, it will not display a message. Adding a warning at the flowbuilder UI would help the developer

    - The image URL: Without the matrix variable, you can't add a url that is a variable from a previous step

    - Zendesk doesn't accept image URLs with special characters like brackets [ ] or @

    Anyway, just a great feature. Lot's of cool stuff we are doing for our clients with recommendations APIs.
