Summary: ◀▼
You can sync your workforce management intraday schedule with your Google Calendar to view shifts and accepted time off. The sync uses your Google Calendar's time zone and only syncs with your primary calendar. You can resync if needed and disconnect the calendar, which gradually removes your schedule. This integration helps you keep your work schedule accessible alongside your personal events.
If an admin has activated the Google Calendar integration for Zendesk WFM, you can sync your WFM schedule and view your intraday schedule within your Google Calendar.
Only Zendesk WFM's intraday schedule is synced into your Google Calendar. The schedule follows the time zone set within Google Calendar and Zendesk WFM syncs only with the primary calendar.
