We’re excited to announce the ability to clone answers when building Zendesk bots.
What is changing?
You can now access the ‘clone’ feature to create a copy of an answer within the same bot, or the ‘clone to…’ feature to copy the answer to another bot. These features are accessible from the conversation bots Answers tab in Admin Center.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is continually investing in making bots easier to build and maintain.
We’ve received feedback that often a bot configuration requires many similar answer flows to be built, and rather than creating them from scratch each time it would be easier to copy and then modify an answer.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. However, we encourage you to try it out and provide feedback on how it’s working for you.
