We’re pleased to announce that you can now create up to 10 dashboards in Tymeshift, Zendesk’s workforce management (WFM) solution.

What is changing?
WFM dashboards offer a quick visual overview of workstreams performance in real time, which is in contrast to Zendesk Explore dashboards, which show real-time ticket and channel-specific data.
Previously, accounts were limited to creating 3 dashboards in their Tymeshift WFM account.
Now you can create up to 10 dashboards. Each dashboard can have up to 12 widgets, meaning you can have up to 120 distinct widgets set up.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We’re making this change to better accommodate the need to have distinct dashboards for different teams. You’ll have the flexibility to create real-time, customizable dashboards tailored to your specific needs.
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything. You’ll automatically be able to create up to 10 dashboards. To learn more see, About workforce management dashboards.
