Quick Look: Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Generative AI
Zendesk offers several generative AI features that boost agent productivity in tickets and speed up content creation in the help center.
- Generative AI for agents includes summarize, expand, and tone shift. See Using generative AI to summarize and enhance ticket comments. Available on Professional plans and above.
- Generative AI for the help centerincludes expand, tone shift, and simplify. See Using generative AI to expand and enhance the tone of help center content. Available on all plans.
Admins can turn these features on in Admin Center.
To turn on generative AI features
- In Admin Center, click
Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Generative AI.
- Select
Turn on generative AI.
- Click Save.
