In this section, you'll learn how to set up a Slack integration to receive notifications from Zendesk QA.
Admins and account managers can set up this integration.
To set up a Slack for Zendesk QA integration
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner to open the settings page.
- Navigate to Notifications.
- Click Add to Slack to set up your integration.
- The Slack authorization page opens. Click Authorize to add Zendesk QA-bot to your Slack account.
Once authorized, Zendesk QA-bot is added to your Slack account. Your team members will now receive notifications about:
- Ratings
- Comments on the reviews
- Thread replies
- Mentions
- Disputes
To ensure the notifications work, your email needs to be the same for both Slack and Zendesk QA.
