How can I delete my community?

I'd like to remove my community from the help center. How can I proceed?

Answer

You cannot delete a community, disable it instead. Disabling your community will prevent end users from seeing it. However, agents and admins still see the community from your help center.

To remove the hyperlink to your community from the help center instead, edit your help center theme. From the header.hbs template, remove the {{link 'community'}} part.
