Zendesk is happy to announce an enhancement to the way admins manage dynamic content in Admin Center.

What is changing?
We're adding a new column to the Dynamic content page in Admin Center that shows the placeholder. This column allows admins to find the right piece of dynamic content more quickly. You can also sort the column by clicking on its header.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We heard feedback from admins that you needed an easier way to find individual pieces of dynamic content. This improvement is the first step in that direction.
In future, we intend to introduce the ability to search the placeholder as well. Make sure that you're following our announcements page to get alerted when that enhancement becomes available.
What do I need to do?
You don't need to do anything. The new placeholder column will automatically be available on the Dynamic content page in Admin Center as this enhancement begins to roll out. To learn more, see Providing multiple language support with dynamic content.
