We’re thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to the beta dashboard builder: the ability to save and load filtered views, also known as bookmarks.
This announcement answers the following questions:
What’s changing?
Bookmarks have been a key feature in the classic dashboard builder to support various use cases, including the ability to quickly navigate through a set of filters and set a default filtered view for viewers.
In our beta dashboard builder, you can now save and load filtered views, enhancing the flexibility in managing your dashboards.
Filtered views make it easy to switch between different filter settings on a single dashboard tab. A filtered view acts as a bookmark that returns a viewer to a saved state within a dashboard tab without having to manually set the dashboard’s filters.
What do I need to do?
There's no action required of you. This update is automatically rolling out to all accounts. For more information about this new feature, see Bookmarking dashboard states with filtered views.
